As an independant parlour we aim to put your mind at ease and make your pet's start as comforatble and stress-free as possible. We work between home and Bourne Hill Kennels, also providing home visits if required. Some dogs can take up to three hours depending on what they're having done and how they behave. Therefore We welcome you to drop off your dog with us and return when you are ready.
We do not believe in using drugs, unnecessary restraints or forcing any dog to do anything it is not comfortable with. A collar and lead is all we need!
If you are attending the kennels, you will need to show a current vaccination records prior to your appointment. If you do not have a record of this or your dog is not vaccinated (we won't judge!) we can provide a home visit service, or you can attend our home parlour.
We work on a flexible basis, meaning we don't have specific opening times. We can arrange appointments to suit you, including evenings and weekends, subject to availability!
